If You Have Insurance
We work with most major dental insurance plans.  Prior to your initial visit please supply us with your

insurance information.  This will enable us to review your specific plan so that we can help you make the best use of your benefits in our office. 

At the time of your visit you will need to make an estimated co-payment for that portion that we anticipate will not be covered by your insurance plan.  After we receive a finalized claim from your insurance company, you will be responsible for any balance remaining.

Extended Payment Plans
Our office offers extended payment plans through the nation’s leading patient financing program CareCredit.

Options include interest free terms up to a year and longer fixed APR terms.  The application is short and approval is usually within minutes.  You can apply in our office, at home over the phone, or apply online.  

Once you have CareCredit, you can use it again and again without reapplying.  And you can use CareCredit for your entire family.
